As Office Insurance Account Manager for Rain Guo State Farm, you will find out no concerns to the above questions. Rain Guo State Farm Agency is one of the top insurance agency in the nationwide, we are seeking long term & career minded professional to join our team.
- This is IN OFFICE sales position,
- We provide HIGH SALARY BASE + COMMISSION +BONUS
- We provide all marketing resources.
- We provide one to one training
*Job Duties*
- Identify new prospects insurance needs, market appropriate products & provide quotes.
- Help existing clients to review insurance policies, meanwhile generate cross-selling opportunities
- Assist the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
*Requirements*
- Bilingual in Chinese / Spanish is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in written, listening and speaking
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain after offer)
- Sales experience preferred
- Goal Oriented- experienced in tracking quotas & sales goals

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
